Task
A local Telegram community needed structure. Without sections and clear rules, discussions mix together and useful messages get lost.
Solution
I separated communication into topics, defined rules, navigation, and basic administration logic. This creates a base for future automation such as hints, notifications, or moderation helpers.
Result
The community now has clearer navigation. Members can choose the right section more easily, while admins can maintain order without constant manual explanations.
